Denunce e testimonianze — interview

Raccogliere dichiarazioni

~7 min di lettura Aggiornata il 1 riferimento normativo
In breve

Raccolta di denunce e testimonianze in inglese. NON applicare i "Miranda rights" americani ("You have the right to remain silent...") che sono garanzie del sistema US e non corrispondono al sistema italiano. Frasi utili in inglese per raccogliere informazioni: "Can you tell me what happened?" (può dirmi cosa è successo?), "When did this happen?" (quando è successo?), "Where exactly?" (dove esattamente?), "Did you see the person?" (ha visto la persona?), "Can you describe him/her?" (può descriverlo/la?), "Was anyone with you?" (era con qualcuno?), "Are you injured?" (è ferito/a?).
