Dialoghi per situazioni reali del servizio PL, in inglese semplice e diretto. Turista che chiede informazioni: "Excuse me, where is the train station?" — "Go straight, then turn left. It's 300 meters away". Controllo veicolo: "Good morning. Documents please." — "Here is my driving licence." — "Thank you. Please wait a moment". Multa: "I'm sorry, this is a fine for parking in a no-parking zone. You can pay within 60 days." — "How can I pay?" — "By bank transfer, post office, or online". Smarrimento oggetti: "I lost my passport." — "When and where? Please go to the police station to report it". Emergenza: "There is an accident! Call 112!" — "An ambulance is coming. Stay calm". Regole d'oro: frasi corte, vocaboli base, ripetere se serve, usare gesti, mai improvvisare frasi complesse. Obiettivo: comunicazione efficace, non perfezione grammaticale.

Spiegazione

Dialogo 1 — Controllo stradale

Operatore: Good afternoon. I'm officer [name] from the Local Police. May I see your driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance?

Conducente: Yes, of course. Here you go.

Operatore: Thank you. Do you know why I stopped you?

Conducente: No, I don't.

Operatore: You were driving at 70 kilometres per hour in a 50 zone. This is a fine of 170 euros and 3 points off your license.

Conducente: I didn't realize, I'm sorry.

Operatore: Please sign here. You can pay within 5 days to get a 30% discount. Here is your copy.

Dialogo 2 — Informazione al turista

Turista: Excuse me, can you help me? I'm looking for the train station.

Operatore: Certainly. Go straight for about 300 metres, then turn right on Via Roma. The station is at the end of the street, about 10 minutes on foot.

Turista: Thank you. Is there a bus as well?

Operatore: Yes, bus number 5 from that stop over there stops right in front of the station.

Turista: Perfect. Thanks a lot.

Operatore: You're welcome. Have a nice day.

Dialogo 3 — Emergenza / sinistro

Operatore (sul luogo): Are you hurt? Can you speak?

Vittima: My leg hurts, I can't move.

Operatore: Stay calm. Don't move. The ambulance is coming. Can you tell me your name and date of birth?

Vittima: John Smith, 15th June 1985.

Operatore: Thank you, John. Do you remember what happened?

Vittima: I was crossing the street, then a car hit me.

Operatore: Did you see the car? Color, model?

Operatore: Okay, we'll investigate. Help is arriving now. Stay with us.
